Updates to exceed and further enhance one of Star’s most popular printers, the TSP654II boasts a lightning fast print speed of 60 RPM (receipts per minute) and features an improved guillotine auto-cutter, and easy “drop-in & print” paper loading.

Interface options available include Serial, Parallel, USB, Ethernet, iOS/Android/Windows compatible Bluetooth and the Apple AirPrint communication protocol. The Apple MFi certified TSP654II Bi is approved for use with iPod Touch®, iPhone®, and iPad® devices. With operating system support for iOS, Android™, and Windows, the TSP654II Bi features the best of both worlds by coupling the comfort of legacy products with the speed and connection options demanded today in fast-paced point of sale environments.

Hardware ships UPS ground at no charge unless you request expidited, International, Alaska, Hawaii or US Territory delivery in which case free shipping does not apply. Depending on your location, hardware will ship from one of four warehouses: Gainsville FL, Las Vegas NV, Pasadena CA or Mississauga, Ontario Canada. Ground shipping duration is generally 2 to 4 days. All shipments are "signature required". Posdudes.com will take every care to ensure the packaging prevents any damage in transit however you should check the products before you sign for them.

Warranty and Returns

Hardware is warranted against manufacturing defect for the period of one year from the date of delivery of the goods. Our technical support personnel will determine hardware defects and authorize any returns or repairs. Hardware received by posdudes.com without prior authorization will be rejected and or returned back to the you. You are also responsible for retaining the original packaging in the case of a return for replacement or repair is authorized. You will be charged the full MSRP of the product if received we receive it in damaged or unservicable condition. You pay all shipping on authorized returns.
