Hardware ships UPS ground at no charge unless you request expidited, International, Alaska, Hawaii or US Territory delivery in which case free shipping does not apply. Depending on your location, hardware will ship from one of four warehouses: Gainsville FL, Las Vegas NV, Pasadena CA or Mississauga, Ontario Canada. Ground shipping duration is generally 2 to 4 days. Warranty and Returns
Hardware is warranted against manufacturing defect for the period of one year from the date of delivery of the goods. Hardware received by posdudes.com without prior authorization will be rejected and or returned back to the you. You are also responsible for retaining the original packaging in the case of a return for replacement or repair is authorized.
